Hussein Lezzaik

I'm building TESS, a general purpose AI agent that can use computers like humans. My mission is to create superhuman digital workers powered by Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models.

My journey into AI started in 2019 training CycleGANs for audio generation as an undergrad, followed by my Master's at Inria and UWaterloo working on deep learning for multi-robot motion planning. I've also led autonomous navigation at a robotics startup and built infra for large web applications at IBS Software.

I live in Montréal, and in my free time I research longevity and the future of labor, and push myself athletically.
